Gift cards issued by Golden Years Massage are redeemable for their purchased dollar value toward services offered at our studio. By purchasing or using a gift card, the holder agrees to the following terms:

1. No Cash Value

Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by Colorado law for balances of $5.00 or less.

2. Valid Only Toward Services

Gift cards may be applied toward the dollar amount of any service offered at Golden Years Massage.

3. Not Valid for Membership Sessions

Gift cards cannot be used to pay for:

• Monthly membership fees

• Membership‑included sessions

• Auto‑renewing plans

4. May Be Used Toward Packages

Gift cards may be applied toward the purchase price of any service package.

5. Gratuity Policy

Gratuity is not included and must be paid separately and directly to the therapist at the time of service.

6. Transferability

Gift cards are fully transferable. The original purchaser does not need to be present for redemption.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards

Golden Years Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

8. No Replacement for Lost Balances

Remaining balances cannot be replaced or restored if the card is lost or stolen.

9. No Refunds

All gift card sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused balances or unused cards.

10. Cannot Be Used to Purchase Additional Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be used to buy other gift cards.

11. Appointment Policies Still Apply

When redeeming a gift card:

• Our cancellation policy applies. This means the gift card will be charged if a 24-hour notice is not given to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

12. Colorado Compliance

In accordance with Colorado law:

• Gift cards do not expire

• No inactivity, maintenance, or service fees will be charged

• Balances of $5.00 or less may be redeemed for cash upon request
